A
12 day war has been delcared, a "Penny War" that is.
3rd period classes competed to win a Pizza Party for their whole class. Here
are the rules:
- each cent = 1 point (pennies +, silver -)
- pennies added points to your team
- bombing other teams with silver and cash help subtract from their positive
(penny) total
Scheduled end date: Wednesday, February 2nd.
The winning class for 2007 was Gayna's 3rd hour class. Thank you everyone for contributing to this fun event. In total we raised $624.29.
This event was a huge success in 2006. We
reached and even exceeded our goal. Because
of the generous donations the top three classes
received a pizza party. Thank you students,
teachers, staff and parents for bringing in
those pennies last year.
