Literacy, Resource and English Language Aquisition

Dear Student,

Do you need a little extra help at school? The Literacy Team is here to help. You will have fun working in small groups or individually with literacy specialists.

If you are an English Language Learner, you will receive support to develop your vocabulary, reading and writing skills through the English Language Acquisition Program.

If you are a Resource student, the Resource teacher will work with you in the Resource room or with you and other students in your classroom to help you meet you're individualized learning goals.

If you are in the Literacy group, you get to work in reading in the Literacy classroom while the other students in your class also have reading. You will be a small group of not more than 8 students. We will have a terrific time learning to read better and better!
