FCHS AFTER PROM__Saturday May 10th 11:30pm-3:30am

As May 10th looms closer, the afterprom committee is becoming increasingly aware of a dire need of some volunteers for the afterprom event. We are looking for folks to help set up, to work in the casino or at other activities the night of the event, and to help clean up.

Set up times: Friday May 9:  3 pm – 9 pm

Saturday May 10: 9 am -3 pm Event times:
1^st shift: 11:30 to 1:30
2^nd shift: 1:30-3:30

Clean up:
Sunday May 11: 9 am-12 noon

Dear FCHS Junior and Senior parents,

We would like to send a sincere thank you to all parents who have donated to the 2008 After Prom Party. Your support is greatly appreciated! At this time we have already received over $3,000, and the planning for this event is in full swing.

As Prom approaches (just over 3 months until May 10!) we need to continue to raise money and collect donations for the After Prom Party, so that we can create a compelling, safe, fun event for all FCHS students. The After Prom Party is a tradition at FCHS, and provides our students a wonderful way to make the most of their prom experience - without getting into trouble. Each year the After Prom Party is attended by 750 to 1000 students - and it is free so that no students are left out. To accomodate these numbers, we need to raise an additional $8,000 to $9,000.

Please consider a donation for this wonderful event. Any donation is welcome, no matter how large or small. In addition to taking cash donations, we would also greatly appreciate donations of gift cards, prizes for the auction, and of course your time. Donations can be made as follows:
