HOW TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT:
Request AFTER you have applied to the college/university.
Come to the Career Center and fill out the green transcript request form.
Turn in the request form with $3 processing fee. The $3 fee MUST be paid at the time the request is made.
Please refer to the deadlines below to ensure your transcript will arrive to the college/university in a timely matter. If these dates are not followed, we cannot guarantee the college/university will receive them by the deadline.

- Taken or retaken the SAT or ACT
- Made final college visits
- Finalized the list of possible colleges and begin the college application process
- Met with your counselor to develop an understanding of:
-Graduation requirements (review transcripts/progress)
-College requirements
