Diving - Schedule for winter season 2009-10

Informational meeting - November 12th, everyone meet at Mulberry from 4:00-5:00.

Friday will start the schedule below:

4:30-5:30pm

Monday/Wednesday/Friday at EPIC, Tuesday/Thursday at Mulberry

Swimming - Schedule for winter season 2009-10

Practice schedule:

Mondays 5:15-6:45am

Tuesdays 5:15-6:45am

Wednesdays 3:30-5:15pm

Thursdays 3:30-4:45pm

Fridays 5:15-6:45am

All swim workouts will be at EPIC.

The first swim workout will be Thursday, November 12th.
