Kari loves teaching at Kinard!! She has taught science in the district for over 15 years. She has coached Science Olympiad, done Science Fair and was fortunate enough to help run a program that took high school students to Belize and the Virgin Islands. In Belize she taught rainforest ecology and marine biology. She recently completed her Masters in Science Education at UNC. During her free time she likes to ski, swim, scrapbook and spend time with her eleven-year-old twins, Madeline and Emma (who love coming to Kinard too!) |
