Sophie began her professional career last year as the 8th and 9th grade Integrated Services teacher for Kinard Junior High School. Before coming to Kinard, Sophie earned her bachelors degree in Special Education with a Generalist emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado. Sophie is following in her mother’s footsteps as an educator with a passion for helping all students become successful learners. Sophie enjoys skiing, running, baking, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family.
