Faith Swanbom has been teaching for 22 years. She began her career in York, Nebraska, teaching second grade. She graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading. Faith is also qualified to teach Language Arts in grades 7-12. In 1990, Faith and her husband, Jon, moved to Fort Collins where Faith taught fourth and fifth grade at Timnath Elementary. Later, she went to Cache La Poudre Elementary where she taught kindergarten, fourth, and sixth grade. Faith and Jon have two children, Hailey (16) and Trevor (13). Faith’s passions include spending time with her family, teaching, traveling, reading, and playing and watching sports.
