Loveland is not a very big resort, or top of the line; but it gets the job done. Loveland is one of the cheapest resorts you will ever ski at. Loveland is very close to denver, only about 35 miles away, making the drive fairly quick (if you don't hit traffic). Not being a very large resort, it is surprising that Loveland gets so much snowfall, they are a big competitor with the larger resorts.
