Drug Searches
Random drug searches may be performed at any time during the school day. Specially trained dogs may be brought in to
assist in these searches. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Suzie Struve at 490-3201
All students are required to have proof of the following immunizations:
A second MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella).
Hepatitis B - a three dose series given over six months (the series does not have to be completed before school starts,
but the student must have begun the series).
All incoming 7th grade students are required to have a TDaP vaccination.
Any student without proof of immunization will not be allowed to attend Lincoln Junior High School until they have met
this legal requirement. Parents may submit an exemption form for vaccinations due to personal or religious reasons. Forms are available in the school Health Office.

The 2009-2010 yearbooks will be on sale in the front office beginning October 1, 2009. Cost -TBA. Only 150 yearbooks will be ordered - first come, first served!
