PHS 2010/2011 Registration Process

Click Here for Current 9th and 10th Grader Registration Collection Dates – Your student’s counselor will return to the linked classes to collect a COMPLETED BLUE or GREEN Course Survey Form from each of their 9th and 10th graders. Students must come prepared with their 5 year plan form, their completed course survey form, and their transcript; each of these was handed out during our registration presentations. This registration collection process does not apply to MYP or IB students.

Meeting for incoming PHS parents and students
February 17, 2010 - 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Incoming IB 9th & 10th graders and parents for 2010 -2011 do NOT need to attend this meeting.

LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
All seniors were emailed (through Naviance) the Local Scholarship Application. Please download and print the application and carefully read the “Tips on Applying for Scholarships” before completing the application.
The application is due to Mrs. Joseph in Counseling by February 12th, at noon.

SCHOLARSHIP REPORTING
We are honored to recognize seniors who have been offered scholarships at the Scholarship Celebration on May 5, 2010. Invitations will be mailed to students reporting scholarship offers. Please report all scholarships you have received or been offered, even if you know you will not accept all of them, (including college, post-secondary training, ROTC, Military Academy and the GI Bill).
