We cannot accept anonymous submissions. We will publish your work under a realistic pen name if you let us know that is your preference.

What is Kaleidoscope?

A staff of 12 students and one sponsor solicit literary and artistic creative work from the PHS student body. We are looking for submissions in the following categories:

MATHMATICS: Formulas, proofs, and theories

MUSIC: Compositions, tunes, and songs

SCIENCE: Articles, experiments, reports, and theory

VISUAL ARTS: Comics/cartoons, drawings, technical drawings, paintings, and photographs

WRITING: Drama, fictional and nonfictional prose, poetry, translations

Submissions are selected based artistic and literary rubrics that have been developed with the input of professional artists and writers.

We encourage all students to submit their best work for evaluation and possible publication in a yearly magazine. We also solicit original music submissions for inclusion on a music CD.
