Laura Slocomb
Head Coach
Laura has served as head coach for the FCHS gymnastics team for the past 5 years, and was an assistant coach for this team the three years leading up her head coach position. As head coach, Laura has had gymnasts place 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the all around competition at state gymnastics championships. Her teams have also placed 2nd, 4th and 6th at the state level during the 2003-2006 seasons.
Laura was a Level 9 club gymnast at GK Gymnastics in Fort Collins. She was a member of the FCHS/PHS gymnastics team during her four years of high school and was all conference each of those years. In addition, Laura coached at GK Gymnastics for 7 years.
Ashley Hunter
Assistant Coach
Ashley has assisted her sister, Laura, in coaching the FCHS gymnastics team the past 4 years. Ashley was a Level 10 gymnast as GK Gymnastics in Fort Collins. At the 2002 state high school gymnastic championship, Ashley was 4th in the all around competition and helped the FCHS team take first place honors.
