If you have received or been offered scholarships (including college, post-secondary training, ROTC, Military Academy and the GI Bill), please submit the Student Scholarship Form, available on the PHS homepage, counseling department, or IB office to Mrs. Joseph in the Counseling Department Career Center or your counselor.
Please report ALL OFFERS, even if you know you will not accept all of them.
