Media Center
Computers |
The Media Center has seventeen HP computers with access to the Internet,
online databases, and our CD-ROM network. Four of these computers are
used primarily as Public Access Catalogs (PAC) to access Triple I, our library
automation system.

| Sign-in Lab |
Sixteen PC computers running Microsoft Windows XP and two scanners are available for
students use in the sign-in lab in the Media Center. All machines have
word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Each machine has an
Internet browser, email client, and a variety of research options (CDs and web
sites) available. Sign up and leave your I.D. card at the circulation desk to use
this lab.

| Printing Costs |
A copy machine is available for students and staff use. The cost is ten cents a copy.
The first 5 pages printed from a computer in black and white are free. Each additional page is 10 cents.
Pages may be printed in color at a cost of 50 cents per page.
