RMHS Astronomy Club

The RMHS Astronomy Club exists to provide a forum for undrstanding Astronomy and Astronomy issues. Activities of the organization will be centered on observations using the RMHS Science Department Meade 10" LX200 GPS, ST7-XME SBIG Astronomical Camera, and the SBIG color Filter Wheels. Additional resources will include the Little Thompson Observatroy in Berthoud, Colorado. Other activities may include field trips to the Denver Museum of Science and Nature, various observatories and planetariums in the area, as well as star parties in association with other school science departments.
