One Author - With Chapter Title and Page Numbers
Last name of author, First name of author. "Title of Chapter." Title of Book. City of Publication:      Publishing Company, Copyright date: page numbers.
Example of final form:
Mandell, Richard. "Baseball." Sport: A Cultural History. New York: Columbia UP, 1984: 21-25.

Two Authors - Total Book
(When using two or more authors, list the authors in the order they appear on the title page of the book.)
Last name of author, First name of author, and First name of second author Last name of second      author. Title of Book. City of  Publication: Publishing Company, Copyright date.
Example of final form:
