RMHS Graduation Requirements

Students must earn 220 credits in grades 9-12 in order to graduate from the Poudre School District. In addition, at Rocky, students must earn 180 credits in grades 10-12.

All students must earn 35 credits of English, 5 credits of Speech, and 10 credits of US Literature and Humanities in grades 9-12 in order to graduate from Rocky Mountain High School. 10 credits of 9th grade English must be completed in order to attend Rocky.

Math (20 credits)

The Mathematics Department recommends at least one class a year with no more than a two-term lapse. If students purchase calculators for the math classes, they should be graphing calculators. Most of the math courses use TI-82’s or TI-83’s. We have a classroom set of HP-48’s, which are available for the calculus class.
