Introduction: According to state rules, if space is available in a classroom, TCKS is obligated to accept part-time students if that student is next on the waiting list. If space is available the student must be accepted. This policy defines how part-time students would be counted towards the 72 student per grade level capacity policy established at TCKS.
Policy: Part-time students will be counted as full-time for the purpose of maintaining a cap of 72 students per grade level.
