Welcome to the Webber Junior High Student Leadership Team (SLT) web page! Here we will post information regarding the SLT meeting and upcoming SLT events.

SLT Meetings:

Our SLT representatives are students who were elected by their homeroom class and we generally meet about every other week. Meetings begin with a call to order done by either of our co-presidents and the collection of Verbal Oaths of Leadership (oaths describing our commitment to improving Webber) by our vice-president. Then our recorder takes roll and reviews the minutes of the previous meetings. Afterward, I, the treasurer, read the financial report which is followed by the breakup of SLT representatives into their respective committees. We have three committees: Dance, Spirit, and Special Projects; each are involved in separate aspects of Webber life. The Dance Committee plans and organizes out monthly dances while our Spirit Committee coordinates spirit days and the Special Projects come up with new ideas to help people within the world, nation, and community. Finally, the heads of each committee report what they discussed tot he rest of the representatives and then students communicate their ideas as well as their class's ideas for the remainder of the meeting.
