2: Students will use computers and technology to design web
pages for personal and school applications, create and present dynamic
multi-media projects using graphics, sounds and animation, conduct
research using the internet and/or electronic sources, correspond
electronically with others, prepare graphics/charts from spreadsheets,
prepare personal and business documents using word processing, paint
and draw applications, create and merge databases with other applications,
and generally increase proficiency of basic computer and keyboarding
skills. This is a semester course for grades 8 and 9.
