4430 Multicultural/Gourmet Foods: This semester course will
study foods in today's society while learning to plan and prepare
gourmet specialty foods. Students' experiences include study and
research of various cultures around the world and preparation of
foods typical to these cultures. Course contest also includes costs,
garnishing, and the various social aspects of food and entertaining.
Home food preparation experiences will be required. Students will
help pay for supplies.
