Larimer Center for Mental Health (LCMH)

The Larimer Center for Mental Health (LCMH) works to deliver high quality mental health treatment, education and supportive services to promote improved quality of life for persons with emotional and stress-related disorders and mental illness. Connections is a division of LCMH that partners with the Health District of Northern Colorado to provide emergency services and referrals. LCMH partners with Island Grove to provide substance abuse treatment.

Services: intensive case management, consumer advocacy, social support, vocational support, residential treatment, housing services, supervised community living, independent living support, medical services, medication support, substance abuse treatment and therapy.

Eligibility: most services are open to all residents of the district. Some services are available only to low-income residents.
